my name is Kara, and I accompany people with Tantra massage and somatic practices – in a way that brings body, mind, and spirit into a fine resonance. In my sessions, I create a space for touch, presence, and inner stillness, so that trust and vitality can unfold in new ways.

Berlin holds a special place in my life and work. This city challenges and inspires self-realization, opening spaces where art, dance, music, and body therapy flow into one another. Here I discovered that Tantra massage in Berlin is not only a physical practice, but also a gateway to our own life force – a practice that can gently transform how we encounter ourselves and others. At the same time, Tantra massage in Germany opens new paths for many people to connect with openness, authenticity, and aliveness.

my understanding of soma and bodywork is rooted in the teachings of Wilhelm Reich, Alexander Lowen, and Gustav Jung – as well as in contact improvisation, tango dance, singing, and a mindful connection with my pelvic space. From these sources I weave a practice that works with breath, movement, and voice to support the parasympathetic nervous system and to awaken a higher frequency in body and soul.

I believe that every person writes their own story – a story that can become artistic and alive, the more we allow ourselves to enter the flow of trust. My intention is to accompany people with my knowledge of body and perception, helping them to feel their life force more fully and to come into a more authentic relationship with their own soul story.
